Stillwater & Reserve

Both Stillwater & Reserve Communities are located just 1.5 mile from campus and the Square on Oxford Way. Stillwater Community has a resort-style pool with an outdoor kitchen, a covered patio for special events, and a beautifully landscaped park-like area. Reserve Community pool area will be completed by summer 2025.

Residents can enjoy the 10-foot-wide bike path along Oxford Way and peaceful sidewalks throughout the communities. A scenic wooded preservation area enhances the charm, offering a tranquil, natural backdrop for both upscale developments.
